Lots of wonderful recipes in this book. Temperatures are given in Celsius, but as someone said, all you have to do is double it to get Fahrenheit. Not exact, but close enough for oven temperatures. I also have to look up a few ingredients that are unfamiliar or not readily available in the USA. As far as I can tell, most if not all can be substituted without problem.There is no mention of the high or low rack, nor of the extender ring. So I would assume that the low rack is the one used throughout.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to bake in their Halogen oven.
